The right expert makes the case.  By utilizing our large and diverse medical expert network and our full service consulting service, we will find the right expert for your case, fast track the review and secure an opinion for you quickly. 

How does the process work? 

When a case is received, one of our staff members reviews the facts of the case to become familiar with it.  If it is a medical case, we have multiple RN’s who will review your case. We will search for the expert who will be the best match for your particular matter and give you our recommendation.  We will review, organize and ready the case to go to the expert so their time is maximized to your benefit and costs are kept low.

A dedicated case manager is with your case from start to finish. He or she will insure that your case moves forward quickly and act as the liaison between your firm and our experts each step of the way.

What does it cost?

Mednick Associates does not charge a fee to discuss a case or recommend experts.  Payment is only required when you have accepted an expert to commence a review on your case. We have negotiated rates with our experts for referring them cases from our clients.  When the case materials arrive, one of our staff members reviews the case to organize and present the materials to the expert.  This internal step helps the expert to review the case in an efficient manner keeping expert fees to a minimum.

Our experts are divided into different categories dependent on their level of expertise, education and specialty.  Once you choose an expert, we will be able to let you know the deposit for the initial review by that particular expert.  Fees can also be dependent upon the amount of materials the expert is asked to review and can exceed the initial deposit.  We will always endeavor to obtain the review for you at the best possible price.  If you feel a particular expert is too expensive, just let us know and we will recommend another.
